Community

Community Dennis Family Corporation strives to create sustainable, long-term, engaging, flexible places for people to live that are cherished by the community.

Dennis Family Developments - Building communities
To encourage neighbours and residents to come together a central part of life at our all Dennis Family Developments are the regular community events. Family Fun days, Christmas and birthday parties as well and children's events take place at regular intervals throughout the year.

Residents at each of our residential estates are encouraged to form Residents' Associations. The groups meet regularly and get involved in a wide range of activities that help build stronger community ties such as organising mother and baby groups or volunteers to participate in broad community events such as Clean-up Australia Day.

Each of our developments operates a Community Fund from which local, not-for-profit community groups are annually invited to apply for financial grants. To date, more than $200,000 has been distributed to community group operating in areas local to Dennis Family Corporation developments.
