Developments:
All three of the Dennis Family Corporation's project managed residential developments in Melbourne are HIA GreenSmart Accredited; The Hunt Club, Rose Grange and Manor Lakes. Nationally accredited GreenSmart partners are committed to the GreenSmart code of practice, designing land estates that are socially, economically and environmentally sustainable.

Housing:
Dennis Family Corporation is a HIA GreenSmart Regional Partner in Victoria and works to provide environmental leadership within the industry.

All of our designs meet, and in many cases exceed, 5 Star energy efficient standards which mean they are gentler on the environment and cheaper to heat and cool.
