Driving directions from the city:
- Heading outbound on the Westgate Freeway (M1) towards Geelong, go over the Westgate Bridge.
- Continue along the Princes Freeway and take the Duncans Road (C108) exit.
- Turn right and continue 2.5kms to Synnot Street in Werribee.
- Turn left at Synnot Street crossing the Werribee River and the railway line. Turn left at Cottrell Street (immediately over the railway line).
- Soon after, veer right on to Ballan Rd at the roundabout (along side the Werribee Race Course).
- Continue 4kms along Ballan Road through the Greens Road roundabout.
- Shortly after, on the left, is the main entrance of Manor Lakes.
