Manor Lakes is very pleased to have an active group of residents who all live in this residential estate and are working together to hold regular community events so neighbours can meet and just enjoy the good life at the estate.

The Residents Association is the perfect forum for all residents to share their thoughts, concerns and is a great way to have a collective voice on local issues.

The Manor Lakes Residents Association has set itself a number of objectives including:
  • Development of a Community Intranet
  • Identifying and implementing some key community events
  • Assisting residents with general information on Council services, updates on developments around the estate and giving a voice to residents on major issues impacting on the community
  • In addition, the Residents Association aims to build a sense of pride and responsibility amongst the community, with upkeep and presentation of the estate a key focus.
Some of the Association's first achievements have been to successfully lobby for a red Australia Post mail box now permanently located at the entrance to the Manor Lakes Shopping Centre and for Council to install lighting along Ballan Road.

The Manor Lakes Residents Association meets at 7pm on the last Wednesday of each month at the Wyndham Vale Christian Centre, Ballan Road (opposite the Manor Lakes entrance) Wyndham Vale.
